I was wondering what are some tips on how to punch harder? also, would gaining muscle mass be a good idea if you want to hit harder? Some advice I have read recently and would like for you experts to clarify if its true or not TO punch harder -Get stronger legs through squats. I read the your legs generate the power for your punches -Focus on technique rather then hitting as hard as you can -Try to punch as fast as you can as force is speed as well as power and velocity -Use punching bags as often as you can, and you will eventually punch harder Are all these true? Anything else you would like to add?
