Here is the scenario... my fight is in exactly a week. I am 64.2kg and am fighting at 66kg so have no weight issues at all... I can eat whatever I like. My legs today are tired and so are my shoulders... I should recover by Monday morning though. My questions is how would you suggest I spend the week? What kind of training do you recommend I do and what should I eat. All with maximum energy and explosiveness as the aim on the day
-two more intense training sessions monday and wednesday -tuesday light training -thursday light trainig -friday off -sat fight keep your diet down to a t, dont go eating loads of zebra meat or anything to bulk up a few kgs or eat any ****, keep it the same even if you can eat 24 chocolate donuts on friday night lol
