Im 17 and ive been boxing 5 months, ive already had a fight which i lost because he was more experienced and my original opponent pulled out. My 2nd fight was cancelled when my opponent was underweight. So my coaches have high hopes and expectations for me but ive realised in myself im not fullfiling my potential as when i spar people my weight or over i never dominate or win clearly, only when sparri lighter partners. I train 3 times a week and thats it, considering i have great natural ability and potential according to my coach, do you think if i start shadow boxing and skipping at home everyday it will drastically improve my performance fitness wise? As that seems to play a big part in me still feelin like a total novice

One thing I am learning is boxing is less about physical gifts then it is about hard work, experience and determination

  4. Take some more classes and get some nandrolone in your system!

5 months lolz. Most boxers have forgot more than you have learned in that time. Just take your time and dont skip practice.
