How To Strengthen Chin? (exercises)

    I am in need of exercises to build up your neck and chin.
    I have very heavy hands and can hit very hard for my weight I can take hits I just feel like I struggle with getting rocked. ( I am not trying to substitute a strong chin for head movement )

    I don't get super flustered when I get rocked I just want to build my chin and neck strength.

    Eating wood bark for chin and wall headbanging for good neck.

    Or improve your defense..

    Daily neck curls on a bench with a plate & standing resistance band exercises, brah.
