I think Floyd just isn't in with the same level of competition as some of the previous names. If he beats Pacquiao then I'd think he can beat Trinidad or prime DLH.

 

The only way he will be the best boxer to ever live would be if he beats Ortiz, Pacquiao, and then Khan/Bradley.

If he basically cleans out the entire division then I will agree he just might be the next Sugar Ray Robinson. But not until he does that will he be on that level and even then, it would only be something people debate and wont be a sure thing.
