Aside from getting dropped by Mercado has any other fighter had Hopkins in trouble.

Has any other fighter made him hold on or made him run like a thief?

He's just a good defensive fighter that doesn't get hit flush very often. The Mercado fight was at altitude and Hopkins struggled with that more than his opponent.

I dont think tough is the right word, Grizzled is a more accurate description of Hopkins. BHOP is one grizzled mofo

I dont think I understand your comment, predator is a noun where as "Grizzled" is an adjective, I am confused

I would say thats perhaps the quality I most admire about him... and he also fights as smart as he can. Which is why hes still going strong at his age..
