How underrated is Tyson Fury?

I'd have to say 'I don't know' because, a) I don't know and neither does anyone else bar AJ and b) I don't know whether the bloke with the gun is TonyHayers or you and a yes or no answer could therefore prove equally hazardous...

To be serious though, it's not an 'obvious fact' is it? It's a supposition, it's an opinion shared by some but not others, but to be a fact it would need better evidence than the eye test. Don't you think natural justice suggests we don't condemn the guy until we have the evidence to justify it?

Seriously, it's an opinion, it may be true or it may be false, but until there's evidence to back it up it remains an opinion and one furthermore that doesn't respect the age old principle of 'innocent until proven guilty'.

Let's say the kid who denies sticking their finger in the cake gets sent to bed without any supper and it afterwards emerges that they'd been eating an easter egg moments before and it was actually their naughty sibling who violated the cake? What are you going to do at that point you monster eh? You've gone off all half cocked and not waited for the evidence. I've half a mind to report you to the UN.

I hear what you're saying tho. but for me, who I consider myself in a position to judge fairly imo he's taking peds or has done. Now I don't expect people to change their opinions just because I say I think he's taken peds. Did you ever see the photo of him with the distended gut?

The comparisons between AJ & Our Frank Bruno are obvious in terms of build, physique & weight. Bruno was known to be an obsessive trainer - I’m giving A J the benefit of the doubt too (... & I don’t believe Terry Lawless knew any juice peddlers!)

This popped up on my twitter feed. It’s an article from Dan Rafael regarding the lineal title in which he believed Vlad Klitschko was the holder until someone came along and beat him...which obviously only happened 3 years later. Thought it was relevant on a Tyson Fury thread. Before anyone has a pop (namely Tony Hayers), i’m just the messenger.

 

Interesting that he talks about many people seeing Vitali v Sanders as a fight that established a linear champion, but the claim being broken after Vitali was out of the ring for several years.

I don't really see much difference with Fury to be honest. His claim when he beat Wlad was obviously rock solid, but I don't really see how a guy can stop fighting, announce his retirement several times, have a few years off and not beat anyone better than Francesco Pianeta in three and a half years and still claim to be the linear champion. It just seems sensible to me to suggest that at the moment there isn't a linear champion.

 

You are correct that there is not a linear champion but Tyson Fury PED is the current Lineal Champion
