Championship Committee has voted to designate Alex Leapai Wladimir Klitschko's mandatory challenger. Parties have 30 days to negotiate.

The tweet SAYS NOTHING about the bout being retroactively ruled an elim by teh WBO committee. It just says the committee designated Leapai as his new Mando.

Thread is an epic fail. Berto is not a mandatory, Leapai was.

eliminator, not elimiator really doesnt matter. You can say it wasnt and can fight about that as much as you want.

What is FACT and what does matter..... is the WBO made Leapai the Mando and wlad fought his WBO mando which he is required to do.:deal

Once again, not even close to the PBF situation:deal

lol you were dancing to the fact that mad*****ter thought it was an elim, so i had to set you straight chefy boy.

of course it's close, Wlad had a choice of fighting him, and he took the soft touch. if floyd fights berto it's a soft touch that's far better than leapai.

Its been an amazing 10 years:deal

Wlad vs Peter 1 was my first fight. I also worked with Vitali (vs Peter) when he made his comeback until he retired again

After reading the post, I do remember something about after the fight the WBO switched the fight to eliminator to justify Leapai as Mando

it was something to that affect. Dont remember it exactly, but something like that

Funny how you think wlad had a choice. you really think wlad wanted to fight a guy no one had heard of?

You have no idea how hard that fight was to promote. Why to people think Wlad can just get out of Mands?:patsch

You clown complain about Wlad fighting mandatory Leapai. Had he chosen to drop the WBO belt and NOT fight Leapai you would attack Wlad for ducking Leapai. It gets old very quickly.

In fact Wlad was complaining in media interviews that we'd prefer not to fight Leapai but the WBO left him no choice as he wants to keep the belt. He said it numerous times just google it. You think Wlad liked fighting Leapai, a total nobody who brought very little TV and gate revenues?

Wlad - Leapai mandatory has *NOTHING* absolutely *NOTHING* to do with voluntary defense Floyd - Berto. You're completely out of your depth here. And I am saying that thinking Floyd - Berton is good matchup but that's not the question at hand here.

LOL!!! no i would not have attacked him for dropping the belts because 1. there's no way they would have made him do that. 2. I would have applauded him for not taking such a terrible fight. Why the hell would I say he's ducking him?:lol:

Incredible what Floyd fans can say to make them feel better about a situation that is totally wrong. It's in human nature to lie to protect ourselves to make us believe that everything is ok when in fact it is not the case. Not only they do that, they start attacking other fighters to convince themseves that Floyd made a superb choice of opponent even if their info is innacurate. So totally out of context, they start attacking great champs like Wlad (no one can compete with him at heavyweight), Pac and GGG that frankly, doesn't deserves it since everybody ducks him. It's not his fault. Don't ge me wrong, I'm not attacking Floyd skills in the ring. What I'm saying is that he is a opportunist that takes on past prime big names to make it look good on his record and lack of *****. We're far from the good old B-Hop here... It is what is. Now, leave Wlad alone.
