Holyfield was not a huge puncher, and he was sort of punching to land many punches, but he was not setting punch to avoid a big George counter. Had that been the Bowe type of power landing on George, George would have gone down.

There's no explanation aside from Foreman being a rare blend of granite chin and awesome power.

Man Holyfield is far from feather fisted and any man who can take consecutive blows like that is a freak of nature

when George went down against Ali it was from exhaustion, the only time I remember seeing George go down from someones power was against Lyle. George has a very solid chin.

Correct, the most awsome display of chin ever in Heavyweight history.
This is Holyfield guys, unloading some of crispest punches of the 90's.
Just amazing. Remember watching this live.

Compare this to the Tyson fight. Holyfield didn't land half as much direct hits on Tyson, and he went down. George continued like nothing.

I don't agree that Holyfield wasn't a huge puncher. He was, perhaps not as heavy as Bowe or George themselves. But still, Bowe could never put so many punches together, so the combined output wouldn't be any different.

This is an exceptional display of chin!!

Headbutt Holy with all his GH and roids could not KO or even knock down old fat 40 something foreman.

    Holy is a joke.

Because the comeback version of Foreman had a great chin and Holy had little power

Foreman was close to going down a couple of times.
