the only thing that surprised me more than the fight being made was audley actually willing to get into a ring with haye, given his deathly fear of exchanging in the past.oh well, money talks.
...What I expected. A devastating early finish... I'm just baffled that some people here are like, "BULL****!". The fight was always going to end that way.
It was like watching a high school kid beat up a third grader for calling him something bad. Rule 1 don't mess with high school kid if you are third grader Rule 2 Don't pick on third graders. Let it go.
Only this third grader outweighed the high school kid by 3 stone...and is an Olympic Gold Medalist. Terrible analogy.
I agree. But he did look really helpless. I am usually good at analogies but this one was not so good.
The first 2 rounds were downright ridiculous, they both made fools out of themselves doing absolutely nothing. Then Haye starts to punch and Audley just goes into high guard getting pummeled. This must have been the most worthless HW titlefight in history. And insult to injury Haye comments toward the K brothers they have no place to go, and they have to stop fighting OLD WASHED UP BUMS!
If your hero stops moaning about contract we will find out who will get knocked out. 50/50 even without all the TV money Haye wants is still pretty good for a paper champ.
It was crap, the result was to be expected but Audley was way out of his depth and his problem is that he believes his own hype until reality comes crashing down on him. No problem with Haye tonight but Harrison was claiming he was tryin to take it to the later rounds but you still gotta fight your way to them.
