    I'd assume so, he held the title until Nov.2009 I think.

    Think Marsili has had an IBO belt though if that counts for anything.

    Yeah Fragomeni was WBC Cruiserweight champion till he got beat in 2009.

    The IBO dosen't count as a real world title unless the champion was also the linear champion at the time.
