The hungry Forrest from the first Mosely fight, beats Floyd. Floyd has never faced a great technical boxer with size, good jab, right hand/uppercut, that could move around the ring.

If someone had a gun put to Floyd head and forced him to fight Forrest, I'd say Forrest break Floyd down. But the truth is...they ain't fighting to see who the best is, Forrest is from Georgia, or health come first.

Forrest from Mosley 1, 2, and Mayorga 1, beats any version of Mayweather, around 8 rounds to 4 imo.

The forrest in the later stages (the one that lost to Ike) I could see Mayweather outpointing.

    Floyds schools him!
    1) Floyd aint sugar shane
    2) Floyd adjusts. Whatevr is working for Vernon is what floyd would take away.

Prime Forrest gives just about everyone at WW problems.

Close, close decision win by Floyd, probably.

Oscar was many things but a "great technical boxer" wasn't one of them unfortunately

Yea, but they talking about prime fighters. Mayweather Sr wasn't even sure Floyd Jr won the fight against past his prime Oscar. Floyd lucky he never faced a prime Oscar, Mosley, Forrest, Tito, Quartey, or even Lopez and Mayorga. Couldn't even face Cotto or Margarito thats bull****.

Good point. but im not sure id call Vernon a "great technical boxer" either. I think a better debate is who wins in thier prime de la hoya.

Well he fought ODL instaed of Marg. thats kind of a no brainer. And Arum wouldnt let cotto fight Floyd. Theres arguments to made for all those fighters as possibly beating floyd at WW but the truth is none of em were as good as boxers as floyd. You can nit pick any ATG's resume if you want. But there is a reason why floyd is the most talked about boxer in fantasy match ups. The answer is his obiviously superior boxing skills. the dude is really a light weight fighting at welter.

Roger Mayweather said a few years ago that Vernon Forrest would be Floyd's most difficult fight.
