David Haye would've used his legs to avoid the punches. The real question is how well would Klitschko have taken Haye's haymakers? Because judging from his previous fights, Waldo's chin is pure glass.

I think we all know that if Wlad hits Haye with a flush right hand, he'd level him. The real question is how will Wlad handle punches that Haye can deliver? and can Haye get those big bombs in time?

Granit jaw, walk right through him...too fast for Wlad..would have him pinned in the corner in the first round and it would be over....do it with one hand tied behind his back too....while smoking a cigar, never get the ash disturbed.

Haye would of never gotten hit with those type of punches, it felt like I was watching Sam Peter in there without the power. Chagaev fought like novice in there, moving in line with Wlads power hand, fighting at a distance, not trying to rough Wlad up to disturb his comfort zone. Chagaev was the carbon copy on how not to fight Wlad, unless you want to lose badly to him.

Haye is much more skilled, faster, more power, and is willing to engage. I think we can all agree now that Haye would of put up a better fight, if not, at least a more exciting one.

those minds seem to forget that Wlad spent the last 5 years producing some defense of his chin. the same defense that pisses off a lot of people, who think he's too boring.
plus - he's got it tested today after the bell, in the moment he was relaxed, and it seemed ok.
but - yes, Haye is fast. but, is he fast enough...

Haye would have been out of there quick. He has not proven he can take a heavyweight punch and Wlad is not the one to test your chin against.

Chagaev is better than Haye (undefeated, heavyweight champ, bigger, stronger, better chin, has beaten Ruiz, Valuev, Virchis ...) and Wlad made him look very ordinary.

    Wlad KO 4 Haye
    Vitali KO 2 Haye

I reckon he would of been out of there in 3 rounds.

A haymaker is a slow, telegraphed punch to throw against a guy with two fast hooks, the short and the long classic. Much less vs a seroius jab and a good fast one two...

Hays is short and over muscled.

That over muscling causes a chickenwing jab, which is readable.

Maybe Haye would have avoided Wlad's punches at first, but he would eventually start getting hit by the 3rd or 4th round.

He would not be able to get up like chagev did in the second round
