How did the relation of Ariza and Roach sour? Roach was the one who originally hired him and basically launched his career. Why did Ariza betray Roach? Anyone know the details? Thank you.

    Greed.

When Alex realized he was in the inner circle, he figured he could print his own money with all the opportunities all there for the taking.

Still, he could have done that ie, print his own money, without stepping on someone's foot, but hell no he just had to have face time on HBO in Pac's corner and displace the designated cutman in one of the fights where Manny had a terrible cut.

In boxing one has to have decent survival instincts, but Ariza is one of the rare ones with all-time great skills.

Yeah, It was said Ariza was starting to cross the line on where his place was in the camp. He started trying to call shots and Freddie felt like Ariza was stepping on his toes a bit. So, Roach said, "I'm firing him." Manny said, "Okay, your the boss." And Ariza got kicked out.

I still crack up when I remember what Roach yelled at him during their altercation, "Oh, I'm sorry for taking the credit for Manny's wins." [sarcastic]

Morales & Corrales kicked him out
Khan & co fired him at the first sign of trouble
Roach fell out with him first then got around to convincing Manny to fire him
    Garcia fired him
Chavez Jr tried to eat him

Mayweather is just using him and will kick him out soon... Floyd doesn't even have Ariza do work with him...just gets him to occasionally rub his nuts and tell him he'd beat Pacquiao

it's off to MMA when Mayweather is done with him or he'll write a book & try to cash out with lies.

I distinctly remember Ariza also tried to take Roach's spot as Chavez Jr.'s head trainer. He leveraged the fact that he also speaks EspaƱol to ingratiate himself with Jr. and tried to spin some favor for himself off the fact that Freddie was prioritizing Manny over Jr. ahead of their respective fights.

I think he was also involved with the grab of the website that used to have Manny's name as its URL, this website being very popular that was there from the start of Pac's career and significantly helped Manny's popularity to snowball, and Alex and some other opportunist joined forces to grab the URL for their own benefit. Ariza then peddled and endorsed nutrition supplements on the site, but I guess he didn't have too much success judging from his attitude towards Roach and Pac's camp nowadays

Bob Arum sidled up to Roach one day and said "Got any naked pictures of your wife?" and Roach said "No." and Arum said "Wanna buy some? From Ariza, I mean?" and Roach was like "I've never married." and Arum was like "That's because Ariza, he's been taking naked pictures of all your broads. Trust me. This has absolutely nothing to do with Ariza blaming me for the Pacweather fight not happening. I have no axe to grind with Alex whatsoever. I'm just saying about the naked pictures." and Roach was like "That *******."

It is also said that Roach felt Manny's conditioning was not right for Bradley I and Marquez III. Maybe the Shane fight too.

Ariza belongs in the sewer - floating face down in the p*ss and the sh*t and the filth like a dead rat that's been stomped to death under a workman's boot.

But he does have some good qualities, Roach is a smart guy, he saw something good in him to hire him in the first place. At the time ariza was a nobody. Seems he just couldn't stay humble and handle his success.
