Will he try to walk Sergei down like he did in the second GG fight?

But to answer your question. Yeah I think Canelo will start out faster in order to get Sergey's respect.

Can he walk down a guy from 2 classes up? If so it's time to give credit where it's due, but I don't imagine that's how it will go. But stranger things have happened.....

Canelo hasn't gotten to where he's at by fighting stupid.
Canelo has the advantage of studying the film that got Kovalev beat, the Ward fights.
Even though imo I thought Kovalev beat Ward the first fight and was handily winning the second until a
barrage of low blows derailed him, there is no mistaken that the Ward gameplan was to be patient and work
    the body.
I think Canelo is going to approach the first couple of rounds as study rounds. He'll be prudent to work his way into the fight and just ensure he's in it for the last half where its been proven Kovalev fades and sometimes badly.
I think we're going to see Canelo pick his spots and hit the body hard in the first half and then close the distance and open up a little more as
    the fight progresses.

Imo, Kovalev is more dangerous as far as being able to hurt Canelo if he lands a clean shot, especially that right hand of Kovalev.
Looking forward to a great fight.
