Another loud mouthed New Yorker who got his big fat trap shut. What is it with Brooklyn and loud mouths? Is it something in the water??

Who knows this guy is a clown. I knew all along he would get boxed silly and hurt. The smug look on his and his cornermens face really got to me I mean who the hell have you guys beat ? Then you got Atlas hanging on that NY **** saying Brinkley is being dragged on the canvas in 2 rounds or less. All that hype but no results to support it.

Yeah, it's got to be rough for a bad ass from Brownsville to get humbled by a guy with less than 20 amateur fights and no real natural talent. But Brinkley is a tough kid and deserves credit. And yes, Atlas, along with Lederman and Kellerman, are huge shills for any fighter out of New York.

Didn't Stevens and Jaidon Codrington call themselves the 'ChinCheckers' at one point? Ironic considering they both have Glass Jaws.

This guy sucks. How can a 5'7" SMW have no idea how to slip a punch or fight on the inside?

I hope he just retires. Loud mouthed idiots like him with no talent have no business in the ring. What a joke.

Right? These guys have both been exposed early in their careers. Maybe
"showtime" should fight in the UFC.

As someone who's talked to Curtis Stevens before, I can honestly say he's not that bad of a guy. He has moments where he's very humble and intellectual. He just seems to have Judah-itis. The big difference being Judah has pseudo street cred and Stevens doesn't.

Stevens to me is a decently talented fighter, that just doesnt do enough in the ring. To me it didnt appear that he was in shape body or mind to fight last night. Not being able to beat Brinkley isnt a good thing, it doesnt say much for his future in boxing.

I do not think Stevens is capable of becoming an elite level fighter, not ever, but I do think he can do better than he did last night. He obviously under estimated Brinkley, and then found himself in deep **** against the best version of Jesse Brinkley I've ever seen.
