At best he could become a top ten middleweight. I do not see him defeating the top guys however. He will be lacking power for that division and he doesn't have the hunger that some of the fighters there have. GGG, Canelo, Jacobs, Lemieux and Charlo should all be favored over him off the top of my head.

That said, I am glad that he is moving up and testing himself. Great fighters take risks to prove that they are what they say they are. Andrade is ready to do that, sink or swim. While he is not the most entertaining fighter, I will watch to see where he goes with interest.

I'm a big fan of Boo Boo but I was not impressed with his fight with Fox. I've always liked his footwork and speed
I hope he is just shaking off the rust for a a few fights before jumping at the big names. He will do better than most think if he can get this rust off and do it quickly
If he goes for say Charlo next I fear Boo might get KTFO

He swept every round and Fox only landed 52 punches. It wasn't impressive in the sense that he did not go out and destroy him but he schooled him completely. The only thing I'm kind of worried about is the power. I'm a big Charlo fan but Andrade is a nightmare for everyone in the MW division.

I do not remember that last Andrade fight I got to watch, but it's been a while.

At 160 he seems skilled and fast, but one thing that keeps coming to mind is the way he "escaped" Fox by feinting and then skittering his way down the ropes on occasion.

I think that any of the top fighters at MW could cut him off and catch him at that.

While this may be how he had to escape a considerably taller fighter, and may be justified, I think he will nonetheless face greater pressure and bigger punching almost immediately at the top of the ranks.

We will know a great deal more about his chances once he weathers that... or not.

Andrade has hand speed, quick feet, boxing skill and reach but lacks power & hunger.
I also have questions about his chin & defense. it's one thing to look good against someone like Fox but how would Andrade's chin, defense & stamina last against a legit middleweight fighter.
