They could have found a weight. Martinez was more than willing to come down, and Floyd was willing to fight at 154 vs Cotto, so why not a great fighter like Sergio? No balls mate

Margarito was unbelievably tough. Never seen anything like it. Cotto beat the **** out of him in that fight, he lost the fight cause he ended up exhausted power punching him so much :admin

Well Floyd seems a lot more introverted now and I think he'd take it more graciously than most would expect him to. He seemed like a different man leading up into his fight with Guerrero, he wasn't his usual loquacious trash-talking self. Looks like prison humbled FLoyd a bit. Don't get me wrong he's still a narcissist, but it looks like he's toned his antics down a lot (or at least seems that way on those all access episodes and press conferences.)

He's only a few years away from 40, I'm sure if he lost he'd immediately retire, even if it happened in this upcoming fight. I couldn't see him coming back to the ring and finish off the remainder of his deal with Showtime.

If he lost he would retire, then make a comeback when he needs the money!

I remember a Roy Jones interview on some american chat show - think it was Jay Leno. He said that if he got his ass kicked once he would think long and hard about his future, twice and he would retire.

Easy to say that when you are on top eh? Poor Roy

He would say he still considers himself undefeated because he wasn't at his best, because he had to drain himself.
