    Hey guys,

I'm a huge Tyson fan, but I can be objective. He's made some horrible decisions in his life, done some really messed up **** and could be facing more prison time for drug possession (one of the few things he's done that doesn't warrant prison time in my opinion). My question to you is how will it end for him? Do you see him living a full life? If not, what do you think will happen to him? Personally, I think it's a minor miracle that he's still alive at 41. I'm sure he probably didn't even think he'd make it past 30. Can you picture an 85 year old Tyson? Your thoughts?

I don't think he will make it very long. However, I feel that his life is far from over, although he may wish it was.

One never knows what's going to happen. I also feel it's a triumph, in a way, that Mike has lived & is still living at the age of 41. There's plenty of people who prbably would have put money on it that he would not be around to see 30, let alone 40!

I hope it all works out ok for Tyson. However, I'm not too hopeful. I remember Tyson once saying if you haven't got hope, then you aint got ****!

I personally think Tyson should try to get a job in boxing i.e. commentator, appearing on shows like The Contender etc. Why not? Mike has been there, seen it, done it, got the t-shirt etc. He knows what it takes to reach the pinnacle of boxing, so I reckon he'd be a great asset to a show like The Contender.

One thing no-one can deny, is that Tyson has a vast knowledge of the sport. He's probably forgotten more than most fighters will ever know!

There are many commentators who commentate just for the money, appearance fees etc. Whilst Tyson would be paid for doing such, I reckon he would also really enjoy commentating on fights, trying to motivate young fighters etc.

Was it Rahman-Maskaev Mike commentated on? He came across well & more importantly, made good points that were relevant to the boxer & the fight. Mike's clued-up when it comes to boxing, no doubt!

Why exactly don't you think this warrants prison time, and what other things has he done that you also feel is not deserving of a jail sentence?

This is a guy who has been involved in everything including ****, assault, battery and drugs. What does he have to do before people stop making excuses for him?

Tyson often spoke about the things he saw growing up and the way his mother was treated by her boyfriends. The way he was bullied. I'm not making any excuses for Tyson's life but I will say that those things never leave you. He never dealt with his issues properly so they got worse and worse. His behavior has always been a cry for help that, ironically, he doesn't seem to want. I don't feel sorry for him but I don't condemn him as some animal. He is what he is.

Tyson will be around for many more years and I'd like to shake his hand one day as I have always been a fan of his.
