Just have to wait and see how his body reacts to it.

His style alone gives anyone a hard fight and he would certainly start favourite against Sturm in my book.

If he is able to make weight well and healthy, I'd take him as a heavy favourite over them all. His power at 160 would be more potent and his speed, skill and physical attributes are top notch.

Then maybe the boxing world will wake up and see how wrong they are about overrating the current crop of MW's, such as Pavlik, Miranda and Taylor that don't deserve such hype.

Assuming Mundine transfers well to the weight, Pavlik will be starched early.

He's a 100/1 favourite against Sturm, unless he's drained to nothing, then he's a 50/1 favourite. Sturm is nothing.

The question is how he'd do against Pavlik essentially, or Taylor/Abraham, the only competent real world class level guys there.

I think Mundine will go really well at this weight. His defence gives anyone trouble from 160-175.

Mundine is done. Retire as the shame "regular" champion you are. He fights nobodies, and has since been dominated by Kessler a few years back.

But thankfully for Mundine's sake, Pavlik and the lot at MW are a lot more beatable than Kessler and he may be able to make the weight well to benefit from that.

Having met Mundine on a few occasions i really cant see what weight he has to lose, the guy has been in great shape his entire life.

His fight with Echols years ago was a perfect example of a natural MW v SMW, the difference was in their backs, you could easily see it. Mundine will be a big fighter at this weight.

No reason why he can't beat all of them, only problem is he won't fight the hard ones like Pavlik and Taylor.

Mundine fighting at 168 all his life will really benefit him at 160, as he will feel like a giant for the first time. He is mentally challenged at all levels  especially fighting bigger guys like Kessler.

If he isn't drained, I truly feel that Mundine will be a bad, bad man at middleweight.
