He's stated on NUMEROUS occasions he wants the rematch. He also stated HE THINKS ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO in regards to Beltran. He also fought 10 rounds in a world championship defence with a broken jaw.

I think its fair to say he's more of a man than the pusssaaaayy behind the keyboard :good

Top Rank don't want the Beltran rematch. Guy's a troll. It's pointless you quoting and responding to them as you'll just give them an incentive to keep posting.

I hope Eddie pulls off the unification fight in Scotland. Should be a lot more money in that fight for Ricky and would put him back at the top. Crawford looks great, however, he's still high risk/low reward, if Ricky pulls off the upset and beats him, people would just label him a 'hypejob'.

Oh dear, they're ducking the rematch after all that pathetic whinging? :rofl The Mexican-yank must have briefly seen past his hype, perhaps by staying off the dope long enough to realise he doesn't stand a chance against Ricky without such a fluke jaw punch. Christ, Ricky was severely injured and the Mexican-yank STILL couldn't do enough to earn the win, pathetic! :-( Actually, I soundly had Ricky up by 1 point (I'm fine with the draw because I'm not a blinkered idiot), so really the Mexican-yank was fortunate to get the draw and a second chance at failing to earn the title

    He's beaten a past it Prescott and.....ermmmm.........

yeah, I can see why Ricky would be terrified of him

once HBO starts hyping someone EVERYBODY buys it it seems, I've seen people saying Crawford would have Burns out of there by the 6th..the same guy couldn't stop ****ing Klimov, an extremely beatable and fragile fighter but with nice little 16-0 record to make Crawford look good

No, it's not HBO hype or boxrec logic on who beat who, it's called the eyeball test, Crawford is clearly better than Burns.

It was same with Cleverly vs Kovalev, people saying 'but who has Kovalev beat', 'he's just a puncher hyped by HBO' blah, blah and people were actually backing Cleverly to win:lol:.

A lot of people clearly don't understand what it is they are looking at when they watch a fighter in the ring and it is them who's opinions are formed by hype, media brainwashing and national bias.

Lets me guess, Calzaghe also beats prime Jones Jr:lol:

Denis Boytsov could have been the future of the heavyweight division if the "eyeball" test meant anything  Leapai ended up bashing him

levels exist too, and Burns is at a level Crawford will have to rise to, eyeballs or no eyeballs that is a fact

Crawford and Beltran are well below Ricky in both skill and achievements. The Mexican-yank doesn't deserve a rematch, not when he couldn't even earn the win against a severely injured opponent! :rofl

I don't think he will duck him if the money is right. If Crawford is the amazing new thing on the scene apparentely then pay the champ burns what he deserves to fight such a superstar! what would anybody do, take a mandatory defence against someone who wouldn't earn you any money, have a rematch against beltran which would earn him loads or have a unification fight which would earn you even more and possibly another title. ermmm ok I will fight Crawford for peanuts and no title! Its not ducking its just pointless if he can get the other fights. Personally Burns beats Crawford anyway

The pathetic performance of the Mexican-yank in not only failing to earn the belt against a severely injured opponent but also the blinkered whinging afterwards. I soundly had Ricky up by 1 point but I accept the draw as I'm not a classless idiot. My grievance is also with those arselicking Raymundo as some deluded victim, the reality is he's just another doped-up hypejob yank and should fuk off.

Trying to secure a far more worthy fight with Abril or Vazquez, Ricky shouldn't sully his gloves on the scummy Mexican-yank any more.
