Dude, don't give me that burger joint crap... We have a wide variety of fast food places that require none of those phrases. Taco Bell, KFC, and Arby's are my personal favorites. jagoff.

Mike Tyson has always been very popular in Japan. I'm not sure, but I don't think Mike speaks Japanese. :smoke

Lot of fighters don't speak english. What is your problem with that? Since reading your post I see that you are the one with the problem not the fighter. Mabye you should learn spanish, how hard can it be? STFU *******.

he can thrive here in miami(where he lives and trains along with gamboa and lara and them) being that spanish is pretty much the dominant language. but i mean with success he will build a following.

Klitschkos live in beverly hills, the USA likes to see Vitali's big fights against legitimate competition but we don't like Wladimir. If Vitali ever fights someone decent it will be in the USA. If Solis keeps winning he will be a star

Solis would KO Haye, he has fast hands for a 300lber

BTW it shows how limited persons they are.Fighting in US making money in US spending a lot of time in US and still need translation on press conferences etc.But boxers are evaluated for boxing not for other skills, so forgive them:bbb

Yeah but none of them were " Cubans " :-(

You need to understand that the Cuban fighters are the most proud and they will not go to any extent to learn a language in order to become famous. They were already " famous " in the amateur World Stage and they didn't had the need to learn any other language!

I think the only Cuban pro ( ex-amateur from Cuba ) that learned a foreign language was Cuban Cruiser weight Champion Juan Carlos Gomez. Man, Gomez speaks perfect German! And German is way harder than English!

Like I said, don't look for Gamboa, Rigondeaux, Solis, Lara or any of the current Cubans to learn English, heck, some of them can't even speak Spanish !!!

Perfect example: Joel Casamayor ( can't even speak Spanish )... :hey

The joke is on you. America has no official language. Solis has every right to speak Spanish, French, Swedish, Latin, it doesn't matter. Obviously, you care more about his weight. So, maybe you should be making a thread saying that he will never become popular until his disciplines himself. This isn't England, a huge majority of Americans speak Spanish.
