Some people think it is dead and severely weak, I don't see it as weak it's just being dominated to a ridiculous extent by the klitschkos

For the people who think the division is dead what does it need to come alive again?

    for starters
    1) Heavies need to be more active
    2) Ranked guys need to fight ranked guys, too many mismatches

Klitschko is probebly more active than the sports other stars and quite a few in Europe fight regularly

I agree that ranked guys need to fight more ranked guys but that could be said for every division

It is weak. The fighters outside of the Klits are a bunch of low to moderately skilled guys with often weight issues.

Tyson Fury is ranked. Tony Thompson has been a mainstay contender, etc.

Those guys compared to the past are not good.

The Klitschko's themselves are 1 dimensional, just very good at that one dimension and you have nothing else in the division that qualifies as "very good".

    A strong era has greatness.

For it to be revived - Athletic, multi dimensional, hard chinned HWs would need to return.

hes pretty active, but not as much as you would think

    2014 (will have 2 fights)
    2013 - 2 fight
    2012 - 3 fights
    2011 - 1 fight
    2010 - 2 fights
    2009 - 1 fight

will some of wlads opponents, he should fight 3 times a year. he didnt break a sweat with Lepai, he should have had 1 more fight before Pulev in sept

that aint true. real Boxing fans doesnt care who holds the real belt. If they didnt like Lewis, is because of his style, not color.

yep, its not me. i went to a party for lewis-holfield 1. it was packed. i was the only one who thought lewis would win. bet almost everyone there. people started paying me after the 4th round. i had to give it all back, because of the crap decision. safter that night, the parties dwindled, then ceased to exist. now only mexicans, and some blacks, even follow boxing.
