How will the KO affect Pac's fighting style ?

He's been knocked out before. I'm sure this will not affect him that much.

 

Pac is perfectly going to emulate Bernard Hopkins giving him another 15-20 years in the sport at the top.

I'm expecting him to return the same, maybe a bit overcautious at times but mostly the same.

 

I dont know how he might change his style but I feel he should be wary of his health, especially if the Parkinson rumours are true. A grueling training camp and a fight against a top 147 pounder could be fatal. I just hope he'll hang em up soon.

 

He`ll come back with the same style. As long it`s not Marquez again..... Anyone else he should have no problem keeping his normal style. Not to often your gonna fight someone who knows you inside out in the ring.:bbb

 

You have to remember, PAC last time being knockout was in 1999. So he had a long time to shake that **** off but now he is at the end of his career, the knockout is going to **** him up like Roy Jones

 

It wil effect him mentally until he takes his first flush solid shot & soldiers thru.
Training & sparring would have given him some much needed assurance beforehand.
But once he is inside the ring again Manny will be "Manny".

Against JMM is the only question tho for me...
Does Team Pac change their approach?

 

He will be cautious, start loosening up after a few rounds, then probably get dropped again. He's so done its not even funny.

It would be funny if Pacman in his last fight fights Floyd and he knocks out Floyd with some sort of very lucky punch.
Like Floyd suddenly sliding because his boots are wet from the water or something and he literally falls into a shot.

I bet 200 vcash on it the forums would crash for 2 weeks straight.

 

Hopefully it doesn't hurt him too much. I think against Marquez, he'll forever be cautious, but I think it's possible he remains just as aggressive against lesser or unknown fighters.

 

He will probably do what he's typically done in his career against everybody not named Juan Manuel Marquez.

If he steps in the ring with JMM again, I expect him to try and keep his distance and box from the outside like he did in the first 2 rounds in their fourth fight, before he got knocked down and abandoned the boxing to brawl. He knows the dangers of brawling with the new Marquez, so it'll be interesting to see if he can stick to a gameplan in the future. If he wants to beat Marquez now, brawling isn't the way to do it.

 

It wasn't a slip up, it wasn't a lucky punch, it was Pacquiao being to slow to get out the way, a 34 year old got knocked out only the craziest *******s think it will be business as usual.

 

A 5th fight will look just like the 3rd IMO.
