Quite a distasteful manner of wording, albeit if unintentional. At 41 he was likely to retire soon, but none of that matters right now and fingers crossed he pulls through and makes a full recovery.

to me he is the guy whos Career is more defined by the fights he should have had but didnt. he fought during a very talented era, but refused to meet the very best.
