How Will You React If Mosley Stops Alvarez?

If Canelo cannot beat Shane at this point in his career, it's a major setback, and couild ruin him mentally. Everyone expects him to beat Shane, and even possibly be the first to stop him. With that, and all the weight riding on his shoulders; being GBP's New Golden Boy, a HUGE money firght w/ Mayweather this fall, a loss can derail him badly. Of course, more then that, it'll show maybe just WHY Canelo is being handled the way he is. He has yet to defeat a top 5, maybe 10, JrMW and is already gibven the red carpet treatment. LIke GBP did w/ Ortiz, they will probably p[ush Alvarex to the side and see if he bounces back. Otherwise GBO will focus on their 'New Heir apparent' to the Golden Boy. They don't know how to bring up a fighter, that's for sure.

What it will do for Shane, it's another day in the sun, and the guarantee of at least one more big fight. But beating Canelo would NOT prove Shane has bested father time, just that he bested a still unrpoven young fighter.

And BTW BBAllcunt, I'll be FLOORED if Shane wins...

I would be shocked but I'm looking at it from a realistic point of view...I dont see Shane winning this fight due to him being way past his best days...Canelo is coming into his own zone now and IMO, I think this will be his coming out party.

 

Yeah. Shane has a "fog" about him in his eyes these days. He doesn't look mentally there.

It is sad that Canelo is facing him and not someone else, but it is what it is.

 

I'd be ****ing delighted if Mosley stopped Alvarez, nothing against Canelo but Shanes one of my favourite fighters of the last few years and would like to see him go out with a big victory. Although if he wins there is absolutely no chance he'll retire.

I doubt it'll happen though he's near enough completely shot I think. I see him old manning his way into the late rounds before Richardson pulls him out because he isn't coming back with anything.

 

I wouldn't celebrate at all. It'll mean Shane would carry on boxing, something which he probably shouldn't do

Oscar is surprisingly slim, like he's howering around 160-170 hmmm

When he hugged Dewey Bozella he looked huge. He was almost the size of a cruiserweight yet looked thin.
