    People will be surprised to see that Kovalev is quicker on his feet than this version of Ward. They'll also be surprised to see how Kovalev's jab and larger frame dictates the range, particularly his jab to the body which is usually Ward's calling card. Ward will be consumed with defense and avoiding Kovalev's sledgehammer blows that he will not be able to muster up enough offense. Kovalev's going to knock him out, and that's no slight on Ward who is a great fighter. At some point in the fight, he's going to time Ward with something really hard and bludgeon him. And he'll enjoy doing so, too, the sinister ****.

    Kovalev will hit Ward with his jab to the body and right cross over and over again, (although it might only take once) they'll be no escaping it.

    If Ward does so happen to put on an exhibition against Kovalev, something similar to last night, would you be willing to give Ward a good deal more credit than you currently do?

    C'mon Rummy even you know that won't happen. Just like with Ward and Barrera there are levels to this, and Kovalev is levels above Barrera.

    And yes I said Barrera might pull off the upset, if Ward was rusty or if he didn't look great at the weight, and as I stated in your thread if Barrera can turn it into a dogfight, he might have a chance, well that didn't come to pass. Kovalev is an entirely different animal.
