Broner beats Garcia pretty convincingly. But I don't see how a guy accustomed to fighting in the pocket can beat Matthysse. I just don't. Which is why I thought Matthysse would beat Peterson. Which is why I'm pretty confident Matthysse would walk through Broner unless Broner shows something he's never shown before.

Dude has mad power. It seems that even gracing shots put people to the canvas.

    Matthysse a G.

    Broner would kick Garcia's ass.

Lucas, I'm not too sure that's a fight Broner should take. There's a real chance of Adrien gettin put to sleep.

Broner beats Garcia. Garcia doesn't have the footwork or jab to trouble him imo.

Matthysse flattens him. Broner doesn't have the footwork or volume to keep Mathysse away from him, and if Matthysse is in punching range then something's getting through over 12.

Threads like this will be funny to look back at. Broner will rule boxing for a very long time.

I'd have to see how Broner does at 140 first against Paulie to think he's capable of beating Garcia.. but just from my initial impressions of last night, he's better stay the **** away from Mathysse! A smaller man moving up in weight to face a power bomber like that is in serious threat of being knocked cold.

Paulie Mags was the one who was most frightened by Lucas. He was literally shaking while talking about Lucas' power...he was imagining running around the ring trying to avoid getting hit, then BOOM everything goes black.

I'd like to see him perform at the higher weights to make a proper prediction. Can't really judge him based on his fights at lightweight.

Broner beats Garcia as for Mathysse i can see Broner winning if he doesnt have any defensive lapses, Gavin Rees was able to hit him quite a few times but hes no puncher if that happens with Mathysse it could be all over for Broner, still i would pick Broner to beat both. Broner's main weakness is his footwork hes very static a guy with good footwork who uses movement to go in and out has a big chance to beat him. Mayweather would beat him pretty easily and i think Khan would have a big chance too if it wasnt for his glass mandible.

Broner hasn't shown any chin issues like Peterson(though to be fair, Peterson has been in with Bradley,Ortiz, and Khan. Fighters levels above anyone Broner has fought). He's faster and more compact than Garcia. Matthysse is a tricky one. I think Broner being bigger will help him soak up the punches more, but could he soak them up long enough to wear Lucas out? Great fight if it happens.

He'd win a close fight against danny I think. I'd pick Broner but wouldn't be shocked if Danny won.

Nobody at 140 is beating Matthysse. After last night, I'm convinced.
