Calzaghe got knocked down in round one by Hopkins and Jones, no way he had survived against Kovalev.

Kovalev and Beterbiev both have literally terrifying power, more than anything Joe ever saw. I'm sorry but Calzaghe get's KO'd by both.

I wouldn't pick anyone with 10 fights to beat prime Calzaghe at LHW... But I think Kovalev catches him late in the fight, probably behind on the scorecards having trouble with Joe's speed and movement... Kovalev in a dramatic TKO.

Kovalev would be exhausted by then. The later rounds would be all Calzaghe

Cal stops him late. Kovalev too slow. Cal wears him down. Koalev runs out of gas.

You could be right, I think Kovalev's deadly right hand would eventually find the Italian Dragon, who would certainly land early and often and likely frustrate the hell out of Kov. I have recently became a believer in The Krusher, tired or not, he has scary power.

Never go full re****, I never said HOpkins would school Kovalev. Go quote me on that. I said Hopkins had no chance since he's a senior citizen, and Kovalev shouldn't get much credit.

    Exactly Hans

Yet even when you underline and put in bold and both fights were made you get the same tired trolls saying Joe would have pulled out derp

Total lack of reading comprehension exists on ESB. It's irrefutable

You do realise he was decked by both Hopkins and shot RJJ at 175 and neither have half the power of Kovalev or Beterbiev
