Dawson is too fragile to have much success against the heavyweights. His mobility and speed would drop as well, which wouldn't be good for him.
Bad! So at least he will live up to his nickname. :yep Too little power at LHW translates to completely featheristed at HW, so real heavies would be able to walk him down. It would be fun to see him in with one of the brothers though :vonnecunt
chad dawson vs povetkin would be like watchign mason the line dixon vs balboa.....without the part where balboa makes it a fight
The guy is 6'3" with long arms. I think he can be a top 10 guy when he gets older and fills into his body in his mid 30's. Of course there's always the chin issue but there's no denying his good size and great raw talents. His passive style might actually help him at hw given the lower workrate at the higher weights.
Dawson gets manhandled by a good, strong Heavy like Chisora. He'd mentally fold by the 6th round. Bet on it.
****ing stupid thread, do you know how hard a heavyweight hits? They wouldn't respect Chad's power at all & they would walk him down early on in the fight & pop that hymen-like chin, *POP*
No because he is pretty passive at his own weight, and does not have the mental strength like say Holyfield to get stuck in. The same thing happened with Haye the guy is not hardcore enough mentally to cut it.
It's not a stupid thread. You make it sound like Dawson is a midget when compared to a hw. He's not. Yeah, he might be too small to face a Klit but that applies to a lot of top hws. The guy is 6'3" and a huge lhw. He has time to fill into his body.
Chisora is 15-3 and has beat no-one of note. What makes him so unstoppable all of a sudden?? losing to a 1 armed Vit 11 rounds to 1?
