Division? Runs it or gets Ran over?

What fights would you like to see him in down there, if he ever went down there?

Crolla vs Sykes would be entertaining, IMO.

Crolla would crush Sykes in a twelve rounder

He'd get knocked out by Buckland, that's for sure.

Think there would be a few entertaining fights for him at the weight especially against Buckland who i think stops Crolla

Crolla does seem a bit flimsy, he's got good skills but he just doesn't have the strength to compete at LW, even at SFW there would be plenty who could out tough and out muscle him. He should move down if he can make the weight as at least he'd be competing on a more even footing.

I think Sykes might just have the beating of Crolla, TBH.

    Their first fight was great.

I defo think he should move down, he did well on saturday but you have to remember that Derry is past his best he hasnt been as his peak for 5/6 years imo and if he hadnt faded I think he would have took it comfortably. He didnt have any respect for Crollas power was physically much bigger and stronger. I think Crolla would be much more comfortable at s feather and has the skills to beat sykes in a 12 rounder but I think he would struggle with buckland who is a bit of a beast at the weight.

Well if he can't crush Derry over 12, I doubt he can crush Sykes, considering Sykes beat him over 10!

There was 1 man on Saturday who, in the championship rounds looked bigger and stronger and it wasn't derry mathews.

In my opinion on Saturday Crolla gave Derry miles too much respect and he had more left in the tank. If Crolla Started rounds 7 & 8 like he did rounds 9-12, we would be sat here talking about a Crolla stoppage i guarantee it.

The 1st fight with Derry lets get it right was a poor stoppage. Crolla also won on Saturday, 90% of people think so. Derry Mathews is lucky and he knows it. Thats why he doesn't want a third fight. He knows Crolla has his number and deep down knows he was lucky to get the draw on saturday.

I don't see Crolla crushing anyone in either division at British level even, he may take them on a decision but he's not exactly a destroyer! I like watching him fight anyway he has good skills but he just lacks that strength and power that would take him up a level.

Is he really? Stoppage loss to Matthews and a draw, also a loss to Sykes in PF.

And it was 4 years ago.

A stoppage that was never a stoppage.
    A draw that wasn't a draw.

A loss to Sykes in Prizefighter fair enough.....anyone can get beat in PF, its a **** format that shouldn't be used when analysing some1 like Crolla who doesn't get going till after about 5 rounds ha

P.S also a stoppage win over Andy Morris who gave Sykes murder. That was 2 years ago. He's a different fighter to the boy that got beat to Sykes in 09
