How do you guys think the Aztec Warrior would fair against the likes of Trout, Alvarez, Lara, Kirkland, etc?

He would destroy most of the guys out there. Him and Alvarez would be a great fight though.

    No Trinidad to ruin him?

May God save the titleholders in the division.

I think he would beat them all. Stop most of them.

If i remember right he was something like 20 when he won his world title and 23 years old when ran against Felix Trinidad. That was a some fight...

he was a extremely tough fighter with good skills and power.
That is what arm chair warrior/boxing fan like me thinks...

a prime vargas knocks out 154 lb. mayweather and canelo. Everyone seems to forget that he figured trinidad out and started winning the fight when that dirty **** started repeatedly hitting him with low blows

He was a talented fighter, that didn't quite acheive his potential but he still cashed out a $few million so didn't do to bad financially. I think a fight against Canelo would of been awesome.

why do people even mention prime vargas with canelo?

who the **** has la perra corriendo fought to have him even in the same sentence with fernando vargas?

alvarez should be lucky to even be mentioned with yory boy at this point.

in fact, why dont we all wait wait for alvarez to convincingly beat a molina, vanes or bundrage first?

he hasnt even beat a fighter on the level of carlos molina yet.

    that is truly sad.

Trout and Molina would give Vargas big problems.
Vargas would destroy Cotto, K9, Alvarez, and Vanes.
He would KO Angulo as well

I would pay for Kirkland - Vargas

lara is a poor mans version of ike quartey without the jab.

alvarez will be lucky to have the career of yory boy or marquez.

none of these guys beat a prime winky.
