How would fighters from the 15-round era do in the 12-round era?

Would they have issues keeping the pace of a 12 round fight? While there are some exceptions, such as Frazer, who gave their 100% all 15 rounds, there are some who took advantage of the long fight length. Would it be a breeze for these fighters? Or would they fall under pace.
