Floyd wins by UD. Would be a damn good fight and Floyd at 140 was still lightning quick in every way. He let his hands go while remaining defensively responsible.

Pryor would have his hands full trying to deal with Floyd...and vice versa. I give the Floyd the edge, in a close fight.

    Pryor on points.

Floyd couldn't deal with Oscar's pressure for 6 rounds. Oscar could NEVER put pressure on a fighter like Pryor could (for that matter, not many could).

Floyd would easily deal with him

First he'd wait him out for a couple of years (atleast till his first loss)
Then he'd make silly demands and delay further
Then the fight would finally come off after Pryor had lost a fight or two and agreed to wearing Floyd's choice of gloves
or it just wouldn't happen at all if Floyd isn't comfortable & doesn't hold enough advantages.

Well maybe Pryor can turn down a career high payday against Floyd like he did versus Leonard and Duran.

Then people can say they ducked each other.

Yeah I am kind of on the same boat.

I guess I would lean towards Pryor's pressure and activity being the difference but I can also see Mayweather nullifying some of Pryor's attack with well-timed shots as Pryor could leave himself very open, followed by clinching.

Funny I was watching Pryor-Arguello I and II this week and was thinking the same thing. Those fights were a thing of beauty and Pryor seemed possessed. But Floyd at 140...unbelievable talent and skill. I think it would be a great fight but I'd have to go with Money on points.

    Floyd Wins.

Floyd is 2 inches taller with a 4 inch reach advantage. Floyd would jab and move, Aaron would chase and get counter all night. Would be a good fight for 12 rounds with everyone hoping Aaron would connect Floyd flush with all his power but I doubt it.

Floyd is more disipline and polished, but Pryor is way busier and unorthodox.

Aaron would cause Floyd trouble 10x worse than Maidana. I think Mr Pryor wins this one.
