Before his fight with JMM Brian Kenny asked Mayweather "why not Shane Mosley" to which Mayweather responded "the guy with 5 losses?" Of course Shane would later respond that Mayweather doesn't get into the ring with the guys who beat him.

I think Floyd beats (pre-damaged) Cotto by wide UD

I think Floyd has a tough time with Forrest but wins a competitive fight.

I think Winky Wright would be able to beat Floyd.

    What do you guys think?

They are too big for floyd, like they were too big for shane.

    Winky beats him.
Cotto-Mayweather would be a hell of a fight with Floyd winning Tko late
Forrest probably beats him unless Floyd smothers him. I would love to have seen this fight more so than the others

Winky Wright would beat Floyd. Floyd would not be able to handle Winky`s jab and
defense. DLH was winning the fight against floyd when he used his jab. Winky`s jab
would be a nightmare for Floyd. Against Forrest, Floyd could have been hurt with Forrest`s aggresiveness and physical advantage. Floyd would have looked terrible maybe running for 12 rounds in the ring so he does not get punished as Mosley was.

Mayweather beats Cotto easily. Wright with his size and style has the best chance to beat Mayweather. I think Forest could fall into the trap of being too agrisive for his own good against Mayweather.

Forrest and Winky over Floyd. Cotto not in the race in any version.

Yes, I think he would beat any version of Cotto. Granted, I'd like to see otherwise but I doubt it. I don't think he'd even have trouble with Cotto. I think Forrest would be most likely to beat him, actually, at 147 and 154. I would favor Wright at 154 but I could see Floyd edging him out too.

There is no way Cotto or Forrest beats Floyd... But him and winky would have been a good fight. But i think Floyd would have used his legs and won... Shane could of won to if he wouldnt have got frustrated and if he moved his head better.

Oh man, Winky would batter floyd and probobly stop him....

Winky was a right hander fighting south paw, so he had that realllly cheap jab...

It was fast, powerful, accurate, and more importantly winky knew how to use it to full effect....

Add with that winkys iron tight guard, floyd would have alot of trouble trying to counter over winkys jab, and when he messes up, BAM winky will hit him with one of those jabs...

Floyd probobly gets stopped late rounds

Whens the last time floyd got caught flush several times every round by a much bigger man?

Im not saying he would be knocking him left and right. I think that floyd wont have the heart to continue and find some kind of way out of the fight to be honest

Floyds heart in the ring is not questionable to this point. he fought the first Castillo fight hurt and finished easily. And that version of Castillo probably hits as hard as Winky! Floyd might make the fight ugly though, alot of tie ups,and dancing around to make it hard to give it to Winky.
