How would FOTC Frazier Have Done Against Ali Of Zaire?

Ali would be sporting the forever wear and tear from FOTC and Frazier wouldn't. Ali wouldn't be underdone in prep and fights so the question becomes......is that Ali better than FOTC Ali?????? Foreman was Ali's last great performance, the last time he was truly in shape.

The problem with this scenario is that Ali actually fought Frazier immediately before he fought Foreman. That almost completely short circuits the question for me.

 

If we take the FOTC wear and tear out of both of them (and Foreman's KO of Frazier) I'd pip for Ali. They might come close to death tho.

 

That amount of wear and tear is just incredible. How many guys can really handle that? AND THEN---just go ahead and add the thrilla in manila to the equation. Who else even comes close?

 

FOTC Frazier wouldn't get gassed--he'd pound away at Ali for 15 fierce rounds. I think that makes the difference.

I'd go with Smokin Joe in a close UD.

 

Frazier wouldn't fall for the rope a dope, remember in FOTC when he would just grab Ali by his guard and toss him back in from the ropes, his punches would actually put a taxing on Ali compared to Foreman

 

Would Kinshasa Ali act like the dick that FOTC Ali did to Frazier?

that’s really what matters. FOTC Frazier was not going to lose that night because he was burning with raw hatred, raw desire to prove he was better than that guy who called him an Uncle Tom. Jacked his intangibles through the roof that night.
