The "first" man to beat Julio Cesar Chavez, aswell as beat Juan Martin Coggi, Freddie Pendleton, and Edwin Rosario. How well would he do in today's 140lb division?

I think he'd have a chance against greats like Paulie Malignaggi

    He'd comfortably rule it.

The guys who really bothered him were massive hitters with decent skills like Edwin Rosario and Freddie Pendleton. There is no one there that can hit with their skills right now.

The better 140 lbs pounders have moved north to 147 lbs.....
    ....Mayweather, Hatton, and Cotto.....

Randall would dominate the current crop at 140 and even hold his own with the above mentioned and with a chance to beat them except for Mayweather.
