What are the good domestic clashes for him? Could he pick up a strap on the world scene? If so, in what division and from who? Or does he get to Euro-Level at best?

I would give him a good chance vs Provodnikov at Light Welter, Provodnikov has shown against Algieri that lateral movement is something that he can't deal with and he doesn't cut the ring off that effectively so Frankie could frustrate him and come away with a close points decision. Frankie would be stronger at Light Welter and could probably handle the pressure better too because he would be a bigh Light Welter instead of a small Welter!
lol frankie wont do anything against provodnikov and wont ever make light welterweight. he doesnt have the desire and hasnt had the desire since h efailed to make the weight for the olympics. another human with all the ability in the world but not the desire to match.
I genuinely think he'd have to got to LW to make a difference. I couldn't see how Provo doesn't brutally walk him down to be honest, he's not even as hard to hit as we all thought. I still think unfortunately he won't be near world class at LWW

Gavin at lightweight would be a very good fighter, if he could make the weight comfortably. I think he will do well at light welterweight, I see him getting to world level but not picking up a belt until the likes of Provodnikov, Matthyse and Garcia move up, it may be tough even then.
I seriously dont rate provodnikov, he's really basic and comes forward with no plan b. That being said, he would run through frankie like a train, early to mid round stoppage.
At light welter he will struggle to reach top 10. Lightweight seems weak atm and he'd be a huge lightweight so if he could make it, he might be able to pick up one of the belts.
He'd get his block knocked off at LWW, reckon he could pick up a world strap at LW. Problem is, he lacks the necessary discipline/dedication to even get himself down to 140, never-mind 135. He's a busted flush as far as I'm concerned, and that was before Brook pushed his shít right in.
