How would both versions of George Foreman (prime and comeback) perform against today's heavyweights such as Wardley, Itauma, Fury, Parker, Usyk, Dubois, Joshua, Bakole, etc.

I think he beats everyone on that list bar Usyk and perhaps Fury But people here will argue that Foreman would be just another contender because he's a smaller heavyweight and slow

He might struggle with Usyk, the movement and speed would cause anyone problems.
Fury - Could give him problems as he'd be giving up a significant size advantage and speed advantage.
AJ - is 50/50 I could see Foreman taking AJ bests shots, but AJ struggling to hold Foreman's best shots . However AJ does a lot things well, if he chooses to box he may well get a decision. he's possibly a touch faster and bigger.
DD - i see Foreman griding him down stopping him.
Bakole - please, Foreman destroys him.
Parker - I think George grinds him down maybe a late stoppage or points
Wardley- would be rock em sock em robots but we know how good Foreman was - we are not sure on Wardleys ceiling yet but he he struggled with a less refined, less powerful fighter in Clarke first time out. I'd pick Foreman here I think Wardley will get stropped in the not too distant future but he's a fun fighter to watch.
Ituma - who knows? barely been in a fight yet. Looks to have some good attributes but has yet to be tested. I'll say Foreman stoppage because it would be funny if Mosses was a glass cannon, brilliant offense 0 chin.

Would he get past Chisora is the question.

Depends largely on who he’s matched with. But I can’t see him being a champion. His fight game relied too heavily on physicality and he simply wouldn’t have those types of advantages over today’s big men even if he WAS the better fighter

You don't think he can beat Wardley? I think he could. He would have beat Wilder Dubois and Parker too IMO.

Usyk beats him, a peak slimmer fury likely would as well. He beats everyone else.

He might. But there’s a risk he could be knocked out too

The 70s version of Foreman wouldn't be "Big George Foreman" in today's landscape. In fact, he might be "Little George Foreman". He likely punched above his weight and hit hard enough to hurt bigger men. Foreman was 6'3 225 when he destroyed Norton. Wilder was lighter in weight for most of his fights but was taller and longer. Young Foreman was more explosive in spurts. But I question his durability against big punchers after seeing the Lyle fight.

90s Foreman, as far as size goes, would be more suited to fighting in today's HW landscape. And we know that version of Foreman hit hard enough to hurt the bigger heavies of today. And personally I think he was more durable. He was just so slow.

This very much echoes my thoughts too.

If you could transplant 90's Foreman's fighting brain into 70's Foreman's body I think we'd see something!
