Foreman weighed 230lb as a 19 year old amateur. There’s footage of it on YouTube. He was a big muscular man.

Boxing is a minor sport now. When Foreman was ruling at heavyweight, boxing was one of the major sports and heavyweight champion was the most prestigious accolade in the sport.

The talent pool was deeper, fighters more active and therefore better conditioned (funny how a Buster Mathis was an anomaly in the 70’s yet if he was fighting now nobody a would bat an eyelid seeing him with slobs like Fury, Bakole, Andy Ruiz etc) and match making was more competitive.

Seamus is basically a troll. His new agenda is to **** on the 70’s legends, moving on from his Marciano schtick (despite rabbiting on for years about “Bowling Ball” Frazier holding the single greatest win in heavyweight history) to push his modernista angle. Yet the same guy nuthugs Sullivan and Greb based on no footage and some 3rd hand fairytales. A disrespectful troll and a hypocrite.

    I can’t stand the clown,

So, Foreman gets an entire makeover in this conversation and we delve into something that is not Foreman but the fever dreams of keyboard warrior imaginations. We get that creation from whole cloth against actual fighters with no embellishment, no addition, no magnification to their actual proven ability.

    Cool story, bros

Prime Foreman on old Foreman's lifting weights/strongman type training and he has no trouble manhandling Fury, he would find a way to cut the ring on Usyk and Dubois' body shot was a far cry from what this Foreman would be raining down

70's Foreman would have a field day in today's era. These guys would absolutely hate the hectic pace he would set ripping to the body and throwing sledgehammer hooks and uppercuts. The only guys who could potentially diffuse his offense would be Usyk with his speed and defense, and Fury with his shifty herky jerk movements and smothering fighting in the outside.

Wilder, Wardley, Whyte, and Wallin (why so many w's...?) get knocked out in under 6 rounds. Prime AJ is underrated nowadays and would be a tough matchup.

Chisora, Bakole, and Ruiz would become his punching bags. Zhang would be a threat with his power and size, but if he can't survive the body assault he gets beaten up too and gasses. They're all far too slow and linear, other than Ruiz's good hand speed.

Ortiz and Frank Sanchez are wild card Cubans, but I would favor Foreman to win. Itauma is also a mystery, but he looks very good and anything could happen. I think we need to see more from Itauma to favor him tho.

Parker, Kabayel are 50/50 fights and interesting clashes of styles.

Overall, I would expect Foreman to pick up a belt or two, and would knock over several opponents, but probably can't become undisputed or hold onto the belts for very long due to the aforementioned Usyk and Fury, they'd give him hell.

Now as for 90"s Foreman, he'd have to play it very safe when it comes to matchmaking. Pros: bigger, better stamina, a more polished jab and a tighter defense. Cons: slow as molasses, not particularly hard to outbox, less ferocious, has an even harder time dealing with movers and technicians. Honestly, Old Foreman might end up similar to Ortiz or Chisora clocking in to get a few good wins here and there but never quite able to win the big one. The only champions I could see him beating would be Charles Martin or Bermane Stiverne.

I only see him not beating Fury.
Usyk is not handling that power. He never dealt with someone who cuts off the ring like George did ,and he never has really been hit by anyone like George.
