Styles do make fights and Golovkin's style suits Froch. Froch struggles with guys that boxed him, Ward, Taylor, Dirrell but guys who thought they were punchers and decided to trade with him like Pascal, Groves, Bute usually ended up getting taken to deep water and finding out they couldn't handle it.

But Golovkin also would find Froch's willingness to trade advantageous. He the better technician with a better arsenal but that's true of a lot of Froch opponents. Question is can Golovkin win a fight he isn't dominating? Froch has shown he can be a mile behind or on the brink of being stopped and still never quit and turn things around. Can Golovkin dig that deep if he finds himself in a war with an opponent he can't hurt and who won't stop coming?

Also how will Golovkin's power translate at super middle, everyone just assumes he'll move up and be just as dangerous. But plenty of big punching middleweights have found that 8lbs jump up in weight makes a hell of a difference. Benn was a chilling puncher at middleweight but never seemed to have the same power at supermiddle. Same with Eubank, same with Abraham and maybe even the G-Man himself, I mean he couldn't put away Benn who isn't known for his durability. Does Golovkin's power at 168lbs have the same effect especially on a guy who's chin is up there with the best we've seen at that weight class.

The GGG who struggled with Danny Jacobs cannot beat these Super Middleweight champions. There is a reason Lil G or GGG whatever his name is did not move up to Super Middleweight. He likes fighting smaller men.
