Andre Ward - Schools him forcing the ref or the Lacy corner to stop it.
Carl Froch - Smashes him to bits
Arthur Abraham - Always a bit one dimensional and a bit past his best would still be too much for someone as limited a Lacy.
George Groves - Outboxes him and possibly stops him, although Lacy would have a slim punchers chance.
James Degale - Again, too much speed and variety, Degale easily.
Robert Stieglitz - A bit closer this one, as Stieglitz is quite robotic, but I'd give him the edge
Anthony Dirrell - Outboxes him and knocks him out
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr - This would be a good fight, Chavez has the chin and would edge a UD.
Andre Dirrell - The only concern here is if Lacy can land, if not Dirrell boxes his head off and knocks him out, this would not be pretty for Lacy.
Sakio Bika - A s****py fight but Bika would keep it on the inside, and rough his way to a UD.
