Ive heard so much about the lack of good heavies now. Was wondering how would either Klit do vs.Chuvalo,LONDON,Cooper,Mildenberger,Folley.I THINK either wlad or vitali would ko these guys within 5.Also how would they do vs.Blue lewis, wepner williams, mathis, blin, evangilista? I believe either Klit would ko these guys. Also cant see Young, lyle,Shavers,Patterson, lasting. Lastly cant see Liston,Frazier,Bonavena,Foreman, beating either wlad or Vitali .Also How would Rahman,Peter,Gomez do with these guys.

As far as Young and Lyle Jerry Cooney made short work of them, Cooney was a lot like Waldimir, just not as good as Wald....

Sam Peter and Rahman would have been mosters in the 70's...

I don't see Wald or Vitali haveing any trouble with Liston, Frazier or Bonavenna,
Frazier was a one arm fighter who was also legally blind, he wouldn't even pass the physical to fight today. Liston went down and out from a nothing Ali punch so he had no chin, Bonavenna really was a joke....

That's a very long winded and round about way of saying you love hanging from the Klits nuts.

So your basically saying that the heavyweight division in the 70's is a joke?

I'd go one further and say it would have been a Cruiserweight division in todays standards.

Liston, Louis, Ali and Tunney are 3 of my favourites but they wouldn't be favourites against the Klits.

They were ok for their time, in the 70's the vietnam war was pulling a lot of young men away from sports in the USA, pro boxing was illegal in many parts of western Europe, fighters in Eastern Europe could not turn pro. they were all we had back then..

These people who hark on about these sixties/seventies guys being able to beat the crap out of Wlad and Vitali probably haven't even watched the old fights.

It's all online for you to download.
