I'd definitely favor Dirrell. Too big, too fast, a nice comfortable UD for him. He's got some pop too, stoppage is feasible but not likely.

Dirrell has height, reach, and really good boxing ability. The one question is his chin. Unless Martinez is able to slip under Andre's jab and land a huge counter, Dirrell takes a decision. However, a couple of well placed bombs by Martinez could change everything.

If I had to bet, I'd take Dirrell (who would be an underdog).

First off, don't start with the "son" ****, *******. You don't know me, and you sure as **** don't know more than me.

AA's win over Miranda exceeds anything on Dzin's record? Try again. Daniel Santos was better than Miranda.

Martinez will weigh close to 170lbs on fight night. Moreover, I submit that his punches have every bit as much one-punch concussive power as Froch's. Additionally, unlike Froch, Martinez has excellent handspeed.

Froch is slower than dirt, and AA telegraphs his punches. Yay-- Dirrell stood his ground in two rounds against a semi-gassed, slow of foot and slow of hand fighter. Yes, that is proof positive that he'd do the same in the early rounds against a faster, more offensively diverse threat.

    Try again.

Dirrell to fast, to strong.. If Martinez tries to get slick in close he gets hit with a counter he doesn't see.. Dirrell often hits opponents with the counteres they dont see.. This Dooms Martinez...

listen, all these talk of Martinez outboxing dirrell might sound good in your head but in real life we also consider practicalities. like physicality for example, you fuking ******ed *******. when the size difference is that big, the physically imposing fighter will almost always be the ring general in the fighter. he can maneuver the other fighter with his strength. dirrell isn't some fuking bum.

now stfu and go ***** about racism some more

Really, Nation of Islam?? How'd "physicality" work for Margo against Pac?

And who said anything about "outboxing" Dirrell? Can you read? Or should we take this to crayons and construction paper? I said that Sergio would slap that mother****er in an exchange, and Dirrell would get on his horse.

    Understand, dimwit??

Awww.. what's the matter? Your feelings hurt?? :hi:

he has already gone up 2 divisions in his career, he's not that big to be calling out super middleweights

truth is he is a 154lb fighter and people think he is bigger than he really is. I cant recall him being the bigger man in a fight starting with paul williams 1

Martinez isn't going to get a 3 million dollar offer to move up in weight like Pavlik. That's why it's not going to happen.
