How would Mayweather Jr. have responded to Salido's dirty tactics that night?

If the referee was the same incompetent guy.

How does Floyd react to those brutal leg and hip shots?

Does he throw them back? Does he and his team keep complaining to the ref? Mayweather's team start a riot like in the Mayweather- Judah fight?

Floyd in his second pro fight against Salido gets brutally raped and quits boxing, nevermind the low blows.

I had him winning. Considering how ambitious it was and how unlucky he was I don't see how anyone can view Loma as a loser from that fight. If only Floyd wasn't so worried about his zero, imagine how many good fights we could've had over the years.

Void would have raised Hell about the incompetent referee Laurence Cole, he would have filed a protest when has been done in more than one fight, fight actually over turned and rematch as well. Golota lost to Bowe because of low blows, so why allow Salido to land low blows?

It does not surprise me at all the European haters claiming that hitting a fighter on the legs, hips, balls, etc., it fine, not to mention hitting on the break many times. If another referee had done the refereeing, Lomachenko would have won the fight. Even with the worst referee in boxing Laurence Cole, Lomachenko still got a split decision. I find it incredible that Lomachenko could stand all those low blows, hitting on the break, then come back and almost knock Salido out. Laurence Cole is a disgrace...............no fighter should ever allow Cole to referee his fights. Cole was not just an idiot, appeared to be on the take, Cole has been this way for years................and his father's connections?

i agree with you that floyd ducked some fights because he is worried about his 0. floyd ducked margarito, cotto and pacquaio but he still has one of the best resumes of this era.

wins over (future) hall of fame fighters:

in their prime: diego corrales, ricky hatton, jose luis castillo, marquez, judah (borderline HOF)

just past their prime: genaro hernandez, de la hoya, cotto,

just past prime but been in too many wars: gatti

cotto, says hthe floyd fight was never mentioned whilst in the same stable
manny, ran from a drug test after imposing a 10 million dollar per pound weight clause.
margarito, corrupt bob refused to meet guarantees, so floyd buys the racist skunt out.

He can if he doesn't cheat and weigh a division above Mayweather.

He would have kept a distance of not less than 9 foots between him and Salido.

If Salido ever landed a glove even just remotely near his pubic area, he would have done the Mick Jagger ring walk making silly faces with his mouth wide open, watching the referee and waving at his corner.

The referee would have immediately stopped the action, watching Salido straight in his eyes and warning him for not less than a minute, then proceeding to a point deduction.

If Salido, in spite of all, continues to try the low blow route, Mayweather's team enters the ring and start a riot, like already happened.

The rules says that if a team member invades the ring for any reason while the fight is not stopped, the team's fighter have to get disqualified, but in boxing the rules applies only when you pay for it, so the fight gets stopped and Salido loses.

But nevermind, you don't fight Mayweather if you don't preemptively signs a contract which states that you have to lose.
Even if you have to "forget to throw it".

He would've forearmed, rabbitpunched and headbutted the **** out of Salido like a real champ does when you try to **** with him.
Loma was searching for his headgear instead I guess.

Pretty Boy Floyd. The one with combinations, scary speed, Very good power, great defense and a chip.on his shoulder? He would have beat the **** out of Salido . Floyd was a different monster at lighter weights. He's smarter and more efficient now, but was a monster at lighter weights.
