How would Mike Tysons legacy look like if he drew the color line?

Also, imagine that half of Tysons title challengers were beaten by Marvin Hagler.

One observation must be made in favour of the evil men who drew the colour line.

The 1920s was the absolute pinnacle of the white talent pool, and even without the colour bar, the Leonard’s and Greb’s would have dominated.

The 1980s was an all-time low point in terms of white talent.

Ironically the wheel has turned full circle!

If Tyson refused to fight the black title claimants such as Berbick, Smith, Tucker and Spinks he'd really struggle to get a title shot. He would also not get beaten by Douglas.

If all his best victories had already been beaten by Hagler it would render then kinda useless.

He'd be ranked very low these days had he done those 2 pathetic things.

This might sound unfair but it is true:

Drawing the colour line is only as bad for your legacy, as the strength of the fighters you draw it against.

Sometimes it meant everything, sometimes it meant next to nothing!

This is the dumbest thread I've ever seen. Dempsey didn't draw the color line his manager did. Do your research you fuking idiots.

This all stemmed from an argument between me and him. He is just like that other idiot Mrkoolkevin; every time they're losing an argument they make a thread trying to discredit the fighter they argued against in said arguments.

In his title reign, he wouldn't have had anyone to fight except Johnny DuPloy and Francisco Damiani.

Coetzee was still around, barely. C00ney would definitely fit the mix.

Imagine if Mike Tyson defended against Sibson, Minter, and Antuofermo, Coetzee, Coetzer, ****ey, and Damiani.

Just to entertain the idiots who want to know what would happen it Tyson drew the color line it would look like this...He wouldn't have had a career! He gets stripped at the first defense! Fighters fight, it is rare they have a say in the selection process other than agreeing to the fight.
