But at the end of the day, regardless of suspicion, Pac did give in to the 14 day demand that Floyd wanted/was comfortable with. It is my view then, that Floyd taking it off the table that makes me think he didn't want the fight and was looking for a way out.

To conclude, from the 3rd party perspective, one could reasonably agree that Pac seems suspicious at least; Floyd taking an offer that he was very comfortable with, off the table for no actual valid reason whatsoever other than what he would portray as a 'power move' was actually even more suspicious.

SIKE!! Pac came to the Table late and was in REAL negotiations for a fight with Clottey at Cowboys stadium anyways, and Floyd was cutting a deal with Mosley after his fallout with Berto. Had Pac not been so suspicious and declined the 14 day cutoff, we would have gotten that epic fight in March '10. Put the Blame on Pac, Freddy Roach did!

What are you siking about, the situation remained the same, Floyd took the 14 day thing off the table once Pac agreed to it because he knew there was no way back then and Pac looked too dangerous. It has harmed no ones legacy other than Floyd's, not Pac's. Pac was semi-shot former Lineal Flyweight champion and Floyd was past prime but still in amazing condition - he left the sport with no at or near prime ATG or even high or mid tier HOF on his resume in 19 years, that is shameful of a champion to lack that.

Pac was semi shot after Cotto? That was his absolute peak imo. Cmon Gannicus, accept it's Pac's fault like freddy roach did.

No..I'm saying Pac was semi-shot in 2015 when Floyd actually fought him, so Floyd's legacy was the only one negatively affected by all of this.
Pac of 09' wasn't 'prime' specifically, the lower weight Pac was (but yeah that's the same with Floyd who was at peak condition at 130). Anyway, I think to a degree it is Pac's fault because Pac did push his luck but this is ultimately pro boxing where the unspoken rule is 'do what you can get away with'. Floyd pulling the offer from the table demonstrates to me that he wasn't serious about making the fight.

There's two things you can take from it:
    a. Floyd took the offer off the table to show Pacquiao that he's not going to be the doormat to Pac's snake oil salesman approach to negotiations, Pac is the desperate one here and Floyd is making everyone realise that he's not the desperate one.

    b. Floyd was looking for a reason to not fight, and stuck at this opportunity which turns out to be a pretty weird and suspicious opportunity to reject this fight, given Pac had given in to Floyd's actual demand.

    c. Floyd took the offer off the table to show he's the boss in this negotiation, and Floyd had the view of wanting to try and take advantage of Pac's willingness to give into Floyd's demand by wanting to see if he can get Pac's team to consider a 7 day cut off. EDIT: This shows at very least that Floyd could've accepted the fight, but chose not to for business (negotiation) purposes - and Pac was getting older and older by the day, Floyd...not so much. (Hope you haven't responded yet) - so yes, it's greatly Floyd's fault.

To conclude, Floyd is more to blame than Pacquiao.
Regardless, drugs tested does not mean drugs free.

    a. It has been argued that he was heavy on dat IV.
    b. A very conservative defensive fighter - can last longer at the top as a result. Bernard Hopkins - nuff said.
    c. He didn't fight a single at-or-near prime ATG or even high to mid tier HOF - let alone many stylistic threats.
    d. Only 49 fights in 19 years.

Nothing can beat father time, whether inactive or active, though as history has shown staying active can slow father time but only for so long. And really, no one wonders how a 50 yr old can fight 30 yr old? C'mon man. Hopkins has always been questionable PEDs wise. The man ducks testing and he can never answer the PEDs question. He just rambles on and on, putting everyone to sleep then they forget they even asked the question lmao.

Maidana proved that when he kicked his ass Flpyds answer was "Maidana beat on me & roughed me up the ref did nothing to stop him " ROFLMAO He doesn't realize that was his own job not the ref's !!

You say all this but want a rematch.. You say he's scared to fight, but want to see him in a match.. You say he's on PEDs and should be banned, but think he's scared of the rematch.. You say he will never fight a fair fight and glad he's retired, but you still talk about him and want him to fight again...smh
