tony margarito is definitley guilty of posing as a boxer....guy was basically a heavy bag that had arms and legs with a cinder block on top

 

1. For criminal charges the CSAC would have had to prove that Margarito knew he was cheating. The suspension was for negligence / failing to take due care on Margarito's part - that could be proven. But Capetillo admitted to making "a big mistake" by placing the wrong inserts into Margarito's hand wraps, so: at least for one fight, if not more, Margarito had loaded gloves. End of story.
2. Not at all. The CSAC ruled against Margarito, so now the burden of proof is on anyone who wants to overturn that decision. It's common sense. Give me some decent reasons why they would want to punish Margarito unfairly? Give me proof that they are corrupt. I still haven't seen any proof of innocence. I know he cheated once and I see circumstantial proof of guilt though. Where has Margarito's power gone?

So for what seems like the millionth time, why didn't Tony go over their head and destroy their BS case, clearing his name and netting him millions?

If he were that obviously innocent there is an obvious path he could of taken to sort all this out. Why didn't he got to the CAS? Why didn't he sue for libel?
