1... Margarito... Was falsely accused of having Plaster blocks in his wraps. All that was actually in his wrap was a USED gauze pad which had minute traces of sulphur & calcium on it. While both in very much larger doses are indeed ingredients of plaster they are also ingredients of HUMAN SWEAT!!! The pad was deemed harmless & of no advantage to Margarito or detriment to Mosely
Javier Capetillo admitted he mistakenly put the used pad in instead of a new one. Tho he was supposedly banned for life Javier has been re licensed in Ca & has been working fighters corners for years
2... Mayweather... We all know the story & the TUE granted 3 weeks AFTER the illegal 750 ml saline drip. Was any legitimate reason given by Mayweather why he needed 750 ml ???
