Well Considering All reporst showed that he walked around roughly 145 to150, That being the typical walk around wait of a normal 135-140 fighter, I'd say that meant that Mayweather was technically fighting bigger guys fighting at WW, guys who generally walked around 165-170. Yet he still pulled 2 KO's at that weight. So.... I still don't see the Feather fist logic

 

Water weight is one thing. Gamboa walks around at 165 and comes into a LW bout at 153lbs but has no business at LW. Frame and lean muscle is the most important.
